Instruction:
1, Power: DC 12V, load power and power supply should be 2 independent power.
2, Power on and screen shows "Welcome to use" which means equipment is normal
3, Press "set" to move the cursor, add and subtract operations according to the cursor position. When the cursor position is at "I"
or "V", press add and subtract button to switch voltage and current setting.
4, Connect to power source that need to be tested, do not connect incorrectly of polarity.
5, Press "start" button to start/stop electronic load, at the same time, the screen shows"ON" or "OF"
6, Press "start" button more than 1 second to reset AH and time, at the same time power off the electronic load (if it's powered
on)
7, The lower left corner will display information that automatic switching by default every 2 seconds between power, AH,
temperature, time. Press and hold "set" button, then press "add" button to switch, and the display information will not switch
automatically. If you need the information to switch automatically again, press and hold "set" button, then press "subtract"
button till lower right screen corner shows "Auto".
8, Settings will be automatically saved after power down. Need to be manually started when power is back.
9, Maximum power rate of load of continuous operation is associated with room temperature. When temperature is too high, operation
power rate should be reduced. If the heat sink temperature reaches 87 ℃, the load will automatically reduce the power rate. When
the core temperature reaches 91 ℃, it will stop work, and need to be manually started after cooling.
10, Load current will be automatically adjusted according to the input voltage. For example, if set 10A, and the input voltage is
20V, then it automatically change the actual current to 7.5A(150W/20V), even it still displays 10A.
11, Reset first if need statistics of AH and time. It has been accumulating by default, will not automatically reset, and can only
be reset manually.
Notice:
1, Power supply and load testing power supply must be independent, otherwise it may lead to uncontrollable load or other
unpredictable situation.
2, If the load is already started and then connect with test power, you need to assess whether power rate is secure. For example,
if set 10A and start load, then connect to 60V power source, the instantaneous power rate can reach600W, which can probably damage
power tube. Although the load current can adjusted automatically, but it need reactiontime (about 0.02 second). So when you are
not sure if it is secure, you can connect it to test power supply first, and the machine will automatically calculate the largest
secure current. For example, when the maximum voltage is 60V, the secure current is 2.5 A. If you set the current above 2.5A, it
will work at 2.5A.
3, Connect positive and negative of test power supply wrongly will cause short circuit, and if the current is too large, power
tube may be damaged. Avoid reverse connection, please.
4, Users need to have some knowledge of circuit.
5, Suggest to power on the machine before connecting with test power supply or test batteries.
