Red and White vertical stripe top hat with a red brim and blue hat band with white stars. Chip and Dale (Pin-on-pin) are resting under it with the edge resting on their backs and it says 4TH OF JULY 2017 on the front of the hat in blue block letters. The back of this pin is silver and imprinted with a very tight mickey icon pattern. The pin near the top has a nib on each side to limit rotation
