Solid aluminum, from an old tip tray collection, and nothing new was in the group. DEEPLY EMBOSSED WITH ALL OF THE INFORMATION! There is a line from the top to the bottom on the left, but maybe polish would remove it. It has NOT been polished while in my care. May be from the late 1940's. AFTER WWII when aluminum was easy to get!
