Vintage Paragon USA State Flower Map Completed Embroidery Embroidered Sampler

I love selling on Ebay. I mainly sell linens although I have recently ventured into dolls too. I really appreciate beautiful linens and always marvel at what I find. This includes an assortment from several collections and it is all vintage!

Although we are smoke-free, the majority of the items that I sell were bought at estate sales or places other than a retail store and may have odors associated with those places. I try very hard to air out all items before listing them. If I detect an odor, I will state that in the listing. However, my items come from a smoke and pet free home.
For sale is a completed vintage 1972 completed Paragon embroidered USA map of state flowers and was produced for Paragon by American Home, the magazine for America's Young Homemakers. The delightful map showcases each flower in a dual border which surrounds the USA map in the center. The embroidery work is beautiful and the details are remarkable and a lot of time was spent with this fabulous piece. It measures 25" x 18.5" and the finished area is 22.5" x 15.5".
Overall, it is in good condition given it's age except for some small tears and holes near Kansas, New Mexico and Michigan. It can also use some washing which I have not done due to the fragile fabric. Look at the last pictures for those issues.
It is ready for framing and a great way to add history to your home.
